We needed to upgrade a few windows and glass doors in our home. Bethany measured and ordered the items needed. Then they installed the windows and an exterior swinging door. Everything was very efficient and the installation team was very professional. Everything looks great. We're extremely happy with the product and the work and we definitely recommend this team.  Dan came to our home and was straightforward with no pressure sales tactics. Unlike another company who tried to offer additional discounts and financing when we told them they were too expensive. We chose the Provia Endure Vinyl double hung windows with blinds between the glass and full screens.  The internal blinds are an expensive option but was worth it because it reduces the amount of dust allergens that external blinds accumulate. Provia is comparable to Pella and Andersen windows, but at half the cost.
I registered Provia's lifetime warranty online using the order labels that were affixed to the windows.  The warranty is also transferable if I ever decide to sell my home.  
These windows are far superior to what we had before and are better insulated against the cold, wind and noise. We saved ourselves so much $$$$ going with Bethany Windows.

Bethany Windows replaced 14 aluminum windows (with vinyl) in our two story home in Austin. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional throughout the process and quick to respond to any and all questions we had (we had a lot!). They were thorough in measuring our old windows, and helpful in dealing with Austin city code and inspections. The project was completed by the third consecutive day. The price of the project was extremely competitive and we love our new windows! - Emma L.

The install team was a three man crew. They showed up on time (on Saturday!) and put down a tarp before touching any tools. There are lots ways to remove an aluminum frame window but only a few ways to do it without destroying the drywall, window sill, and stonework. Thankfully, the crew knew what they were doing. When I put down the deposit, I thought, "replacing windows is expensive," but after seeing the effort Colby and his crew put into making sure the windows were centered, sealed, and trimmed, I changed my mind.

In all, it was two days to replace all the windows. The first day required indoor access but everything was bolted down and all interior edges were trimmed and caulked before the crew left. I went outside to see how much re-mortaring was going to be needed but it was almost negligible. Instead, I noticed the crew had sprayed low expansion foam into every nook and cranny. They put the trim pieces over the foam, caulked the gap between the trim and the mortar, and re-mortared the spots where the old frame chipped the mortar on the way out. I don't think you can go wrong with Bethany Windows and hope you call them if you're like me and are a little unsure of how to get your windows replaced. - Bao T.
